servants of DAC Education Ltd who have access to any personal data held by or on behalf of the centre, are fully aware of and abide by their duties and responsibilities under the Act.

In order to operate efficiently, DAC Education Ltd will collect and use information about people with whom it works. In addition, it may be required by law to collect and use information in order to comply with the requirements of central government. DAC Education is a centre which provides accredited courses, each with an awarding bodies. These are:

·       The Qualification network

Each of these have their own data protection and can be found on their respective websites.

No data from any individual is shared with an awarding body without prior permission and only if the learner is taking part in one of the courses accredited by that awarding body. 

We do not sell personal data to any third parties.

We keep personal data only for as long as it is needed to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected or as required by law. For instance, training records may be retained for compliance with industry or regulatory standards.
